In-Network Insurance: I currently accept Cigna, Aetna, Horizon and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please note that additional insurance providers will be added soon.
Seamless Booking: I am partnered with Grow Therapy to handle insurance verification and scheduling. You can go through their portal for instant confirmation.
Out-of-Network Benefits: If I am not in-network with your specific plan, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.
Clients are responsible for the full fee at the time of service.
I will provide a Superbill (detailed receipt) for you to submit to your insurer.
I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your specific out-of-network coverage and reimbursement rates.
Self-Pay & Flexible Options: For your convenience, I accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA/FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards. I can provide a formal receipt to assist with your reimbursement requests. Initial Evaluations $350 and follow-up visits $150
Cancellation Policy: To respect the scheduling needs of all clients, I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee.
